[Wireshark-dev] Issue with newest stable release

I tried to install the newest stable release of Wireshark for
PortableApps, and when I tried opening the package with the PortableApps
installer tool, the installer told me that it couldn't read the
Wireshark package. This might be due to PortableApps's new installer and
package format.
I was able to install the package by opening it normally instead of
through PA's installer, but I wanted to bring this to your attention anyway.
