[Wireshark-dev] Register XML fields only once

Hi,
While looking for different hf elements registered with the same
abbrev in different protocols I found that the XML dissector does
register some fields twice, one for hf_tag and one for hf_cdata. I
think this fields can be common for both hf_tag and hf_cdata, but I
have no capture file to test my changes with.
Can anyone using the DTDS try the attached patch to see if we can do
this optimization?
