However, DNSWL and SA have been working to implement some rules that let
admins know they are blocked without misfiring rules that materially
affect the emails score. This is in bug 6724.
This weekend, we expect DNSWL to implement the changes needed from SA's
perspective to allow us re-enable DNSWL by default.
