You do realize that your target audience for that question is exactly
the group hardly posting here on weekends, right?

Implied would be correct. Though not specifically asked, let alone
discussed by the devs. Not everyone follows closely all bugzilla mail.
(And the Mailspike specific feature request is not the place to discuss
this much broader topic either.)
