Bug #: 6730
Summary: Long scanning times with rule RP_MATCHES_RCVD
Product: Spamassassin
Version: 3.3.2
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Rules
AssignedTo: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
ReportedBy: frank.urban@commerzbank.com
Classification: Unclassified
Since some days SpamAssassin is consuming a lot of time with scaning some
mails.
It seemed that there is a problem with the rule RP_MATCHES_RCVD
I set on one server the score for this rule to 0 and there everythink seemed to
be fine now. Only if the rules match, the scanning need up to 300sec.
I can see the delays only if there is a littel higher load on the server.
Out of my statistc 44% of all HAM mails are hit by this rule, but the name
changed some days ago from T_RP_MATCHES_RCVD to RP_MATCHES_RCVD
Whatelese was changed here?
