I needed to make the attached changes to shorewallrc.redhat to preserve the
current locations of files for the Fedora RPMS. I know you can override them
but it does seem like these should be the defaults.

Also, /etc/shorewall{,6}-lite/Makefile probably should go in
/usr/share/shorewall{,6}-lite.
