Yes you will, you have to setup or have someone provide DNS for your domain. You will provide whatever name you want to call the box, in my case I have www.domain.com and mail.domain.com. The DNS provider (you or someone else) will designate the mail.domain.com as your MX (Mail eXchanger), all email that comes to your domain will go to the MX record.

Make sure you allow .php extensions to be viewed. I usually setup .html, .php, whatever else you might you.
