Yes, I try my hardest to keep the i386, i686, and noarch directories (in 1.0.1/updates) populated with only the most recent updates.
All of the SRPMS (even ones superceeded) are in SRPMS, though.
So you could just rpm -Uvh i386/* noarch/*, but be careful with ones that have special instructions (like the kernel).
